Pre-Screening is required for all new clients and 24 hours advance booking is highly recommended. For initial contact, I request that you fill out my booking form below. This is the fastest way to get in touch with me (I check these before email/texts, and I never accept calls from strangers).
Please be rest assured that your information is secure. Your information is kept discreet regardless of whether or not we meet. I treat all dates as if an NDA were in place, but am more than happy to make it legally binding.
For screening. There are 2 options: Employment/Identity Verification Route or the Provider References route.
Provider Reference Route:
If you chose the provider references route, please provide a selfie AND 3 recent references from independent providers who have active websites/Twitter/ads. Please include each provider’s name, when you saw them, their contact information, and links to their web presence showing that same contact info.
P411:
I am a P411 verified provider. If you are P411 member with least 3 recent okays, you may choose to send me a message on P411 instead of using the booking form below. You can find my P411 profile here. If you are interested in becoming a P411 member, apply here.
- Please include all details of your desired appointment date/time/duration.
- Please note that I will still require a selfie in addition to your P411 references.
Private Delights:
I am a verified provider on Private Delights. If you would like to use your PD profile for screening, please still complete the booking form below and indicate that you have sent your PD profile for screening. You can find my PD profile here.

- I reserve the right to request for your ID in addition to your PD profile.
Employment/Identity Verification Route:
If you do not have 3 recent references, please be prepared to provide one of following for employment/ID verification. If you are unwilling to provide the required information, I won’t be able to meet with you.
- Your linkedin profile URL and a picture of you holding employee badge. Must clearly display your face, name, and company name.
- A picture of you holding government issued ID. Must clearly display your face, name, and city.
After submitting the booking form:
If you agree to provide required verification information, I will respond to each inquiry within 24 business hours via email. Please do not send same request via multiple channels of communication.
